The old and joyful ritual practiced throughout Scandinavia of drinking Snaps, alongside all traditional dishes and holidays, is something I’ve been looking
in to lately.

When it comes to ingredients there are a handful few that make up the classics such as Blackthorn, Wormwood, Bog-myrtle and Dill, but you can really use whatever tickles your fancy.
As you probably already suspect, there are literary thousands of recipes and here follows four of my favorites. And remember, if you do not have access to Brännvin, clear vodka will work just as well, just as long as it’s served ice-cold.
Cheers, and don’t forget the compulsory eye-contact/nod of approval, with all your guests.
